Morning sunlight exposure, movement and community can have profound benefits on your health! 

Join us for a casual walk around BeeCave Park 8:30-9:30 every Thursday (except Holidays or lightening). Meet at the basketball court.

This group is designed to be a positive and encouraging time for community.  

Did you know walking in the morning light improves cardiovascular function, improves balance and coordination, reduces stress, improveds sleep, increases motility/improves digestion, and improves mood?!
