Complimentary Consultation Session

I don’t know about you, but the first meeting with someone can be rough, whether it be with a new dentist, hair dresser or coach! I would love the opportunity for us to meet and determine if my coaching style would make a good fit with your health needs! We would meet for 20 minutes to discuss the roles of the coach & client and briefly discuss your desired state of wellness. From that point, we decide if my coaching style would be a good fit and YOU (the expert on your life) can decide if you want to proceed with coaching. Good news, there is no risk of leaving with a bad haircut :) (FREE) Ready to start?

Single Coaching Session

This is a good option if you are ready to get started and have already met for a consultation, but aren’t sure how many sessions you want. We would meet for 55 minutes to create a wellness vision and/or work on a specific behavior change. ($75 per session) Ready to start?

Coaching Packages

Interested in weekly or biweekly sessions with consistent accountability? This will be your best choice! Following the consultation session, the next session will include creating a wellness vision (a big picture of where you want to be) and deciding on your next steps towards accomplishing this vision. Excited? Nervous? Eager to start? No matter what you are feeling, I will be there beside you, supporting and encouraging you as you discover the most efficient and effective route to take! ($300 for 4 sessions) Ready to start?

Health Coaching Boot Camp

This is somewhat structured compared to traditional coaching in that we will be following specific topics (Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Stress Management). Each week, you will complete a quiz to determine where are possible areas for improvement. After review and discussion over what is appropriate for your lifestyle, a personalized plan will be created over each topic. We will track progress and have continued check-ins for accountability throughout the week and for the entire 4 weeks. Resources and handouts will be given to support your success. Have questions, book a complimentary consultation session to get to know me or ask any questions. ($250 if before 9/1; $300 if after 9/1) Ready to start?

Group Classes

Webinar

Coming Back Soon - Body Composition Optimization - focuses on ways to improve metabolic health, build muscle and lose fat. It is an abbreviated version of the group coaching series. (1 hour $50)
