FAQ

Is this class for me?

These sessions are for any woman that is ready to make behavioral changes in order to support her health.  Each topic will include a spectrum of ideas for women just beginning health behavior change to those that want to push further in their health journey.

What are the expectations of participants?

Many ideas and suggestions will be given but you are the absolute authority on what is best for your own health and you will make decisions about what behaviors to implement. For example, one woman may be ready to add strength training to her day where another might be ready to increase standing time. Possibly, one woman is ready to eliminate all refined sugar whereas another feels comfortable decreasing refined sugar after 8pm. This is not a prescriptive program. The goal is to start/continue/increase life-long habits to promote health and well-being. The expectations are that you are constructive and non-judgemental to other participants and towards yourself.

Hi, My name is Tracie Reichel. I am a mom of 3 kids, wife to an amazing husband and know that health improvement gets a bit harder after 40!
