WHAT TO EXPECT: Each week you can expect an open discussion of the book, movement (optional), mindset and mutual support in our positive environment. We will have a handout of information for each session, so please still come even if you haven’t read!
READING: 11/5 - Chapters 1-6; 11/19; Chapters 7-12; 12/3 13-19
